We offer what most (or any) firms do not: 24/7 lines of communication, attorneys & legal, expert services, licensed architects, interior designers, contractor-negotiation, cost & fee estimation, permit and review approval, planning commission presentations, and construction administration. About The Studio.
With over 10 years of architecture experience, Brian Rivera formed a studio after working on private residential clients in New York. As work took off, Brian Rivera Studio expanded to Florida, Texas, and California, bringing together a talented team of Contractors, Licensed Architects, Interior Designers, Engineers, and Visionaries working together to bring quality work for our clients.

Our fees are contract based, and typically 7-10% of construction budget.
